WE’RE HIRING – MARINE FITTER
We are a busy marine dealership located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, right in the heart of South East Queensland’s boating and fishing playground. From offshore runs to estuary fishing and island hopping, this is a region built around the water. You’ll be joining a close-knit team who are genuinely passionate about boating, fishing and quality workmanship.
We’re seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Marine Fitter to join our growing operation.

Key Responsibilities
• Complete full fit-outs, rigging and system upgrades on new and used boats
• Install and configure marine electronics including Garmin, Minn Kota and other leading brands
• Electric motor installations across all makes and models
• Install and rig Suzuki and Mercury outboards for new builds and repowers
• Diagnose and rewire electrical systems
• Pre-delivery inspections including trailer setup and adjustments
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
Skills & Experience
• Strong knowledge of outboard engines
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and wiring diagrams
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Able to work unsupervised and manage workload efficiently
• Comfortable working to deadlines and high customer expectations
• Current Boat Licence and Driver’s Licence
• Forklift licence preferred
• Commitment to WHS and company procedures
