TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

AMC Win an Aquamaster Tinnie Promotion.

 

1. The Promoter is: Australian Marine Centre ABN 43167 229 772 of registered office address: 3491 Pacific Highway, Slacks Creek Queensland 4127. The above-mentioned company will be hereafter jointly referred to as the ‘Promoter.’

 

2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

 

3. To enter the competition, an adult 18+ must attend the AMC Big Brand Boat Show between the designated Boat Show Times:

• Friday 22^nd September 8am to 6.30pm
• Saturday 23^rd September 8am to 4pm
• Sunday 24^th September 8am to 3pm.

 

4. A fully completed entry form must be completed co-signed by an AMC employer and entered into the barrel.

 

5. Proof of ID, drivers’ licence will be required to verify ID on the entry form.

 

6. Closing date for all entries will be 3pm on Sunday 24^th September. After this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

 

7. Only one entry per attendee over the 3-day event. The entrant must be an Australian resident.

 

8. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. The winning customer may upgrade the Mercury to a higher horsepower model but will need to pay the RRP difference to AMC – the Promoter.

 

9. The winner will be selected by random barrel draw on a live Instagram feed at 3.30pm on Sunday 24^th September at AMC.

 

10. The winner will be notified by email and/or mobile phone call within 3 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner.

 

12. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

 

16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

 

17. The prize is an Aquamaster 370 Punt, Mercury 6hp MLH, 12 months registration, basic safety pack, Salty Captain Boat Box and Shimano Fishing Pack (Miravec c5000XG Spinning Reel with Jewel 7’2 Spin Rod, Power Pro 30lb Braid Line, Bio Tough Bloodworm Wriggler, Bio Tough Crack Pepper Wriggler, Bio Tough Blood Worm and Bio Tough Pumpkin Seed. ) Total RRP Value $7,000.

 

18. The prize does not include a boat trailer.

 

19. The prize does not include delivery. The customer must organise pick up from the Promoter, Australian Marine Centre at which time a boat and motor pre-delivery will take place.
