Specialising in Suzuki and Mercury outboard engines, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of engines, ensuring every boat leaves our workshop performing at its best. You will carry out routine maintenance, fault finding, and pre-delivery inspections, whilst maintaining a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Your role will also include servicing, setting up and adjusting boat trailers.
What you can bring to the role:
• Can maintain accurate records using our in-house system
• A proactive, positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to interpret and follow technical instructions and documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Valid driver’s licence
• Forklift ticket preferred
• Boat licence preferred
• Work in compliance with all company policies and procedures including workplace health and safety
