I agree to purchase goods from Australian Marine Centre (AMC) on the following terms and conditions:
I will promptly collect the goods from Australian Marine Centre, located at 3491 Pacific Highway, Slacks Creek, QLD 4127, once I am notified that they are available for collection.
Ownership of the goods remains with Australian Marine Centre until full payment has been made.
On or before taking delivery of the goods from Australian Marine Centre, the Buyer must pay the remaining purchase price and provide AMC with any trade-in free from all security interests, including the transfer of its current registration. If AMC considers the trade-in to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon delivery, AMC may cancel the Agreement and retain its goods without liability to the Buyer.
Any changes or additions to the items specified in the quote must be agreed in writing by both parties, and the Buyer will be responsible for any extra costs associated with those changes or additions.
In the event that the Buyer does not comply with the obligations set out in the Agreement, any monies paid or trade-in provided as a deposit may, at AMC’s discretion, be forfeited in full. AMC may then elect to cancel the sale or to take legal action against the Buyer for the remaining purchase price. The deposit shall only be refundable if this Agreement is terminated because AMC is unable to supply the goods.
