Spare Parts Interpreter/Service Advisor 

Sick of being on the tools? We are looking for someone to join our team as a Parts Interpreter/Service Advisor with the potential to moving into a management role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and identify marine spare parts from technical manuals, electronic parts catalogues and diagrams
  • Coordinate with suppliers & manufacturers to source parts
  • Provide advice to customers on parts compatibility and performance
  • Invoice and supply parts to our customers
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts orders, deliveries, and stock levels
  • Book service jobs using our workshop software program
  • Meeting and greeting service customers
  • Preparing repair orders and invoices for service work
  • Stock Control
  • Purchase Orders
  • Over the Counter Sales

We will provide full training for the right person!

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in spare parts interpretation an advantage, but not essential
  • Knowledge of engine systems, equipment, and components
  • Suzuki & or Mercury trained would be ideal although not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with inventory management software and parts databases
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

This is a full-time role with immediate start available.
