Sales Position
An exciting opportunity has opened with one of Australia’s leading marine and leisure dealerships, conveniently located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
We are looking to welcome a skilled sales professional to join our dynamic team, promoting leading brands such as Aquamaster, Bar Crusher, Northbank, Suzuki, and Mercury.
The ideal candidate will bring a track record of sales success, a high level of professionalism, and exceptional customer service skills. Experience selling BMT packages and marine products is essential. This role is perfect for an ambitious, driven individual who thrives in a team environment and is committed to achieving excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Take charge in the sales and delivery of Aquamaster, Bar Crusher, and Northbank boats as well as Suzuki and Mercury outboard motors, electric motors, and marine electronics.
Develop and nurture strong customer relationships.
Document all sales and ensure that the boat fit-up and handover is completed as per the schedule and to the highest standard.
Work with the sales team, providing support and expertise in selling other products as needed.
Assist with and actively participate in on-water & land promotional events to showcase our products.
The successful candidate will possess:

A professional appearance and demeanour
Demonstrated and proven sales expertise
Proficiency with computers and sales software
Current Boat and Driver’s licences
An outgoing, enthusiastic personality that enhances customer engagement and sales
