Marine Spare Parts/Service Counter Administration Officer

An opportunity has arrived at Australian Marine Centre, one of Queensland’s highest performing marine and leisure dealerships located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.  The Service Spare Parts/Service Counter Administration Officer will assist the Workshop Manager with the day to day operations of our busy workshop.

Attributes and requirements include:
Provide exceptional customer service
Competent computer skills
Must be a team player
Some mechanical knowledge of outboard engines
Good knowledge of parts interpretation
Be motivated and reliable
Work to deadlines
Ability to prioritise and multitask
Available to work rostered Saturday mornings
A current Driver’s license (a boat licence would be an advantage)

Responsibilities include:
Assist with customer enquiries over the telephone and in person
Coordinate service and repair bookings
Keep customers up-to-date with their service/repairs
Sales of spare parts and accessories
Invoicing & customer payments
Maintain stock levels and liaise with supplier network to order stock for the workshop
Receive and dispatch stock
Assist with annual stock take
