The Tidewater 198 Centre Console, is the most accomplished 20ft Centre Console in Australia. It features the massive Carolina flare and delivers it's legendary ocean going ride. The Tidewater 198 CC Adventure has big boat attributes in a manageable trailer boat package. It is 6 metres long and 2.54 metres wide.
The 198 CC Adventure rides on the Tidewater hull. The exclusive Corrugated Grid Stringer Vertebra design, or CGSV, is optimised for this particular hull length. The hulls is also foam filled which reduces water noise and ensures a quiet ride.
To ensure that this is one of the driest riding hulls, the 198 CC Adventure is also wide from chine to chine which eliminates large bow rises. The chines are also reverse, creating downward pressure on the water and delivering a cushioned ride. Tidewater call it the dry Chine Ride or DCR.
The fantastic convertible bow changes from fishing platform to relaxed seating in seconds. A small seat is located directly in front of the console and additional seating in the portside transom corner.
